Warranty Coverage

• 5-year warranty on the frame.
• 1-year warranty on moving parts.

Warranty does not apply to:

• Normal wear and tear
• Incorrect or improper use
• Incorrect assembly by third parties
• Insufficient or improper maintenance

For valid warranty claims, STRETCH will determine whether the product is repaired, replaced, or if an alternative solution is provided.

Warranty is non-transferable without written permission from STRETCH.

Shipping

• Delivery available in the Netherlands and Belgium.
• Standard curbside delivery is included.
• Indoor placement or installation is available for an additional fee.
• Products in stock are delivered within 2 days.
• Made-to-order products have a delivery time of 3–4 months.
• Risk of loss or damage remains with STRETCH until delivery to the customer.

Returns (Consumers)

• Consumers may withdraw from the agreement within 14 days after receiving the product.
• Written notice is required via: support@stretch-reformer.com
• Return shipping costs are charged to the customer and must be paid in advance.
• STRETCH arranges the return logistics.
• Returns are only accepted if the product is in original condition and packaging.
• Custom-made products cannot be returned.

Returns (Business Customers)

• Business customers cannot return products and no refunds will be issued, unless agreed otherwise in writing.
