SHIPPING POLICY — STRETCH

This Shipping Policy explains how STRETCH delivers products to customers in the Netherlands and Belgium.

1. Delivery Areas

We currently deliver to:

  • The Netherlands
  • Belgium

If you would like delivery to another country, please contact us at support@stretch-store.com for custom arrangements.

2. Delivery Options

Standard Delivery (Included)

  • Delivery is made to the address provided by the customer.
  • Standard delivery is curbside / doorstep delivery (to the front of the building).

Indoor Placement & Installation (Optional)

  • Indoor placement, assembly, or full installation can be arranged for an additional fee.
  • Customers may request installation by contacting us after placing the order.

3. Delivery Times

Products in Stock

Orders will be delivered within 2 days.

Products Made to Order

Delivery time is 3–4 months.

Delivery times are estimates.
Delays do not entitle customers to cancellation or compensation unless the delay is unreasonably long.

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs vary depending on:

  • Delivery address
  • Order size
  • Whether indoor delivery/installation is requested

Exact shipping costs will be shown during checkout or communicated after contacting STRETCH.

5. Order Processing

Once payment has been received:

  1. STRETCH prepares your order.
  2. You will receive a confirmation email.
  3. A delivery appointment may be scheduled for large equipment.

STRETCH retains ownership of all products until full payment has been received.

6. Risk of Loss or Damage

STRETCH bears the risk of damage or loss until the moment of delivery to the customer.
After delivery, responsibility transfers to the customer.

7. Missed Deliveries

If the delivery fails due to incorrect address details or the customer not being present, additional delivery costs may apply.

8. Split Shipments

Orders containing multiple items may be shipped separately to ensure timely delivery.
