Refund policy

RETURN & REFUND POLICY — STRETCH

This Return & Refund Policy applies to all purchases made through STRETCH and outlines the conditions under which products may be returned or refunded.

1. Returns for Consumers (B2C)

Consumers have the right to withdraw from the agreement within 14 days after receiving the product, without providing a reason.

To exercise this right, the consumer must notify STRETCH in writing within 14 days of receiving the product, using the following email:

Conditions for Consumer Returns

  • Return shipping costs are charged to the consumer and must be paid in advance.
  • STRETCH will arrange the return logistics.
  • Returns are accepted only if the product is in its original condition and packaging.
  • The right of withdrawal does not apply to custom-made products.

2. Returns for Business Customers (B2B)

Business customers cannot return products, and no refunds will be issued, unless STRETCH has agreed otherwise in writing.

3. Refunds

Refunds will be processed once the returned product has been inspected and confirmed to meet all return conditions.

Refunds are issued using the original payment method and only after:

  • STRETCH has received the product, and
  • it has been inspected and approved.

4. Products Not Eligible for Return

  • Custom-made or made-to-order products
  • Products not returned in original packaging
  • Products returned without timely written notice (within 14 days for consumers)
