How it started

The idea for Stretch began with a simple observation, most Pilates reformers fall into two extremes. They’re either studio-grade and priced out of reach, or affordable but flimsy, lacking the quality and control that Pilates demands.

We wanted to change that. Our goal was clear: to design a reformer that combines professional performance with refined aesthetics at an honest, accessible price.

STRETCH was founded by Mark and Behrooz, two entrepreneurs with a shared passion for movement, quality and honest pricing. Mark has over ten years of experience building and running fitness studios. Behrooz brings a background in sports marketing, health and entrepreneurship. Together we created STRETCH to make studio-quality reformers accessible for studios, personal trainers and people who train seriously at home. You reach us directly. No middlemen, no waiting.

    I'm Mark, co-founder of Stretch. With over a decade of experience building, scaling, and selling fitness studios, I’ve seen firsthand what truly matters when choosing Reformer Pilates equipment. My focus is helping studios make informed, confident decisions from selecting professional, stylish reformers to planning the ideal studio layout and understanding the financial considerations behind each choice.

    I believe in honest guidance, transparent quality, and long-term relationships. Whether you're starting small or expanding a busy space, my goal is to help your studio grow on a solid, sustainable foundation.

  • Behrooz Tanori: Co-Founder

    My name is Behrooz, and I’m the co-founder of STRETCH. I combine a passion for sport and entrepreneurship with over ten years of experience across the fitness and hospitality industries. With a background in sports marketing, I’ve built several businesses, including an online coaching company and a healthy food restaurant and catering concept.

    This experience gives me a strong understanding of what studios need to grow. I’m driven by creating high-quality, beautifully designed solutions that simplify decisions, elevate the studio experience, and support long-term relationships.
