How it started

The idea for Stretch began with a simple observation, most Pilates reformers fall into two extremes. They’re either studio-grade and priced out of reach, or affordable but flimsy, lacking the quality and control that Pilates demands.

We wanted to change that. Our goal was clear: to design a reformer that combines professional performance with refined aesthetics at an honest, accessible price.

STRETCH was founded by Mark and Behrooz, two entrepreneurs with a shared passion for movement, quality and honest pricing. Mark has over ten years of experience building and running fitness studios. Behrooz brings a background in sports marketing, health and entrepreneurship. Together we created STRETCH to make studio-quality reformers accessible for studios, personal trainers and people who train seriously at home. You reach us directly. No middlemen, no waiting.

Built with precision

Every Stretch reformer is crafted with care and purpose.

The S1 Reformer uses a stainless steel frame, EVA foam padding, and upgraded spring systems for smooth, studio-level resistance, while the S1 Maple Edition pairs a solid maple frame with imported piano-wire springs for the same precision in a warmer, natural finish.

Each piece is tested for precision and balance, ensuring it delivers not just a workout, but an experience, one that moves with you effortlessly, day after day.

Designed for modern living

We believe good design should blend seamlessly into everyday life.

That’s why our reformers feature refined finishes and a minimalist silhouette that complements any space from boutique studios to contemporary homes.

The result is not just equipment, but a design statement: a reformer that feels as intentional as the practice it supports.

Our philosophy

Stretch exists to simplify, refine, and elevate the experience of movement.

We don’t believe in excess only in excellence.

Our design principles are rooted in three core values:

  • Precision – Every detail matters, from the glide of the carriage to the feel of each spring.
  • Simplicity – Minimal design, maximum performance.
  • Longevity – Made to endure years of movement, both physically and aesthetically.

I'm Mark, co-founder of Stretch. With over a decade of experience building, scaling, and selling fitness studios, I’ve seen firsthand what truly matters when choosing Reformer Pilates equipment. My focus is helping studios make informed, confident decisions from selecting professional, stylish reformers to planning the ideal studio layout and understanding the financial considerations behind each choice.

I believe in honest guidance, transparent quality, and long-term relationships. Whether you're starting small or expanding a busy space, my goal is to help your studio grow on a solid, sustainable foundation.

  • Behrooz Tanori: Co-Founder

I'm Behrooz, co-founder of STRETCH. For over ten years I've built businesses in the fitness and hospitality industries, with a background in sports marketing. From founding and scaling an online coaching company to launching new concepts from the ground up, I've led every part of the journey, brand positioning, marketing, sales, and the customer experience that turns a first visit into a lasting relationship.

That experience taught me what actually makes a studio grow: a strong brand, a premium experience, and equipment that lives up to both. At STRETCH, I bring those worlds together. Beautifully designed, high-quality reformers that simplify decisions for studio owners and elevate everything their clients feel from the moment they walk in.

Our purpose

At Stretch, we believe in elevating the everyday. Our purpose is to craft Reformer Pilates equipment that brings a sense of calm, clarity, and refinement into the spaces where people move. We design with intention blending purity of form, premium materials, and a studio-level experience to create products that feel timeless and effortless.

Movement should be a ritual, not a routine. Our mission is to offer equipment that complements modern living: understated, functional, and quietly luxurious. Pieces that enhance both your practice and your environment and are built to be lived with for years to come.
