14-Day money-back guarantee (consumers)

Consumers may try our reformers at home and return them within 14 days, no questions asked. For business and studio orders, returns are handled case by case, get in touch with us to discuss your options before or after ordering.

Delivery, warranty & support

  • Fast, coordinated delivery

    Signature Beige is in stock and ships within 2–5 business days. Other colors are made to order: approximately 12 weeks standard, or approximately 6 weeks with the premium production option (+€200 per unit). For larger studio orders we coordinate a phased delivery schedule. Delivery cost in NL/BE depends on distance, location and order size, discussed with you separately.

  • Warranty & guarantee

    Every Stretch™ reformer includes a 5-year warranty on the frame and 2-year warranty on moving parts, covering manufacturing and performance defects. Consumers also benefit from a 14-day money-back guarantee. For business and studio orders, returns are handled case by case, please contact us to discuss.

Do you offer financing for studio orders?

Yes we offer business lease financing with a 25% down payment, terms up to 24 months, and an 8% annual interest rate.

What is your delivery timeline for bulk orders?
