Na een paar proeflesjes Reformer Pilates was ik meteen om. Wat een ontspannende en tegelijkertijd sportieve activiteit! Met kinderen is het lastig om een juist tijdstip te vinden om te sporten, dus een Stretch reformer aan huis was voor mij de oplossing.
