Warranty Coverage

• 5-year warranty on the frame.
• 2-year warranty on moving parts.

Warranty does not apply to:

• Normal wear and tear
• Incorrect or improper use
• Incorrect assembly by third parties
• Insufficient or improper maintenance

For valid warranty claims, STRETCH will determine whether the product is repaired, replaced, or if an alternative solution is provided.

Warranty is non-transferable without written permission from STRETCH.

Shipping

• Delivery available in the Netherlands and Belgium, cost depending on distance and order size, discussed with you separately.
• Standard delivery is curbside/doorstep delivery.

Production & Lead Time

• Every Walnut Reformer is made to order.
• Standard production: approximately 12 weeks, included.
• Premium production: approximately 6 weeks, normally €200 per reformer.
• Limited-time offer: premium production is currently free, a €200 value per reformer.

Returns (Consumers)

• Consumers may withdraw from the agreement within 14 days after receiving the product.
• Written notice is required via: support@stretch-store.com
• Return shipping costs are charged to the customer and must be paid in advance.
• STRETCH arranges the return logistics.
• Returns are only accepted if the product is in original condition and packaging.
• Custom-made products cannot be returned.

Returns (Business Customers)

• Business customers cannot return products and no refunds will be issued, unless agreed otherwise in writing.
