Warranty Coverage

5-year warranty on the frame.
2-year warranty on moving parts.

Warranty does not apply to:

Normal wear and tear
Incorrect or improper use
Incorrect assembly by third parties
Insufficient or improper maintenance

For valid warranty claims, STRETCH will determine whether the product is repaired, replaced, or if an alternative solution is provided.

Warranty is non-transferable without written permission from STRETCH.

Returns (Consumers)

Consumers may withdraw from the agreement within 14 days after receiving the product.
Written notice is required via: support@stretch-store.com
Return shipping costs are charged to the customer and must be paid in advance.
STRETCH arranges the return logistics.
Returns are only accepted if the product is in original condition and packaging.
Custom-made products cannot be returned.

Business customers cannot return products and no refunds will be issued, unless agreed otherwise in writing.
