Leasing FAQ

What does leasing a reformer cost per month?

It depends on the model, the quantity and the term. As an example: one S1 Reformer at 1,999 euro with a 25% down payment and a 24-month term comes to roughly 68 euro per month at 8% annual interest. Use the calculator above for your own combination, delivery in the Netherlands and Belgium is free, indoor placement and installation are optional at 100 euro per reformer.

Who can lease a Pilates reformer?

Leasing is for business orders: a Pilates or fitness studio, a gym, a physiotherapy practice or a hotel, registered in the Netherlands or Belgium. You need a Chamber of Commerce registration and a business bank account. Private customers buy directly instead.

How much is the down payment?

The down payment is 25% of the total order value.

What lease terms are available?

You can choose a term of 3, 6, 12, or 24 months for the remaining balance.

What is the interest rate?

We apply a fixed annual interest rate of 8% on the financed amount.

Is there a discount for studio or bulk orders?

Yes. You get a 10% studio discount from 5 reformers, applied automatically in the calculator above. Every reformer still includes a jumpboard, box and toolkit. Chat with us via WhatsApp for a tailored studio quote.

Can I lease the S1, Maple, or Walnut Reformer?

Yes. Leasing works the same way for the S1 Reformer, S1 Maple Edition, and Walnut Reformer. Just select your model in the calculator to see the correct monthly amount.

How do I apply for leasing?

Is this a guaranteed offer?

The calculator provides an indicative monthly amount. All lease requests are subject to approval.

What happens at the end of the lease term?

Once the final instalment is paid the reformers are yours, with nothing left to settle and no balloon payment. The warranty runs from the delivery date, not from the end of the term.
